Flop to River – Total Outs / Remaining Cards, % = 1 – [((47 – Outs) / 47) * ((46 – Outs) / 46)]
Turn to River – Total Outs / Remaining Cards, % = (46 – Outs) / 46

Where 47 is the number of the remaining cards in the playing deck after the flop.
